The three main tenants of the program are:

1. Promotion and education of the enjoyment of sake.

2. Promotion of Japanese cuisine, regional food and agriculture.

3. Promotion of Japanese culture, art and craftsmanship.

We are proud to announce the launch of the Miss Sake program in Hong Kong.

We seek an articulate, charismatic individual who has a genuine interest in sake, Japanese cuisine and the culture of Japan. The successful candidate will be a spokesperson at many cultural events and will engage the community to share your passion for Japan.

Miss Sake Australia will be flown to Japan in March 2019 to attend the Miss Sake Japan inauguration ceremony.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute to cultural appreciation and understanding between Australia, Japan and beyond. It also aims to empower women in an industry that was historically male only. The Miss Sake Organisation supports and encourages the increasing number of women in Japan that are becoming Master Brewers and Brewery Presidents where once this was not the case.

Miss SAKE Pageant 2019 (“the Contest”) is organized by Cru Media Limited. It is open to females who satisfy the requirements set below. Winner of the Contest will be the representative of Hong Kong to join the final Miss SAKE election meeting in Japan.
